Special Notes:

Drop-off time in the morning will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Pick-up time in the afternoon will be from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Early Child Care is available for all children from 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Extended Child Care is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. between July 16 and July 20
Extended Child Care is available only to children born before July 1, 2009

Enrollment Requirements

Children born before July 1, 2009 must be toilet-trained
Children born before July 1, 2009 must not have separation anxiety with parents or guardians

Small Class

18 months – 3 years old (children born between July 1, 2009 and January 1, 2011)

10-Day Session for 126,000 yen
Session 1: July 16 – July 27 (We will have school on July 16 – Umi no Hi)

Medium Class

3 – 4 years old (children born between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009)

5-Day Session for 52,500 yen
Session 1: July 16 – July 20 (We will have school on July 16 – Umi no Hi)
Session 2: July 23 – July 27

Large Class

4 – 6 years old (children born between July 1, 2006 and June 30, 2008)

5-Day Session for 52,500 yen
Session 1: July 16 – July 20 (We will have school on July 16 – Umi no Hi)
Session 2: July 23 – July 27

Free Snack Service

This will be our second time to offer free snack service to your children every single day. Snacks from last summer included sliced fruit, fresh vegetables, rice crackers, bread sticks and other easy-to-eat healthy treats. Snacks for Summer School 2012 probably will be along the same lines. However, as a health and safety precaution, KPIS can offer this special service only to children without any food allergies. If your child has a food allergy, please be sure to notify the school before your child’s first day of attendance. Children with any food allergies must bring their own snack to school every day.

Bus Service

Children will be able to take advantage of our convenient bus service in the morning and/or afternoon this summer. Fees for our bus service are listed below.

One-Week

One-way: 1,575 yen
Two-ways: 2,625 yen

Two-Weeks

One-way: 3,150 yen
Two-ways: 5,250 yen

Open seats are limited so you should signup as soon as possible to reserve your child’s seat. If you are interested in availing of this service, please be sure to contact the school. Tentative bus stops are listed below, but if you have specific questions, feel free to contact the school through e-mail or telephone. Pick-up times and drop-off times will be decided at a later date and annunced accordingly. Also, be aware that bus stops in the moming and aftermoon are subject to change between now and the start of summer school. We will post changes as soon as possible.
